Yes, whenever possible, we assign one regular sitter to build a bond with your pets and maintain consistency. If cover is ever needed (e.g. due to illness or holiday), you’ll be informed in advance and, where possible, introduced to the replacement.
Yes, we can administer medications you can discuss your pets needs with before booking.. please note at present we cannot administer injections.
Yes, we require access to your home before the first scheduled visit. Most clients give us a set of keys during the meet and greet, but if you're not ready at that stage, we can arrange a separate collection — a fee may apply. All keys are stored securely and coded without personal details.
Your pet will always receive medical attention if required we will do my best to contact you or your emergency contact but in the unlikely event, we are unable to, we will take your pet to the vet.
Yes, Pa to the pets sitters all hold insurance and are dbs checked, we take going into your homes and caring for their pets very seriously.
